Run calendar and daily overlap checks inside the form dialog so List, Calendar, and Daily create and edit flows all prompt before overlapping schedules are saved.

Round up to the next hour when minutes are non-zero, keep the current hour when already on the hour, and compare schedule times at minute precision.

Deliver alarm payloads through the Flutter bridge when MainActivity is resumed instead of only launching from background.

Schedule toast and forward alarms independently, pass Flutter snapshots to native sync, prune stale payloads, and reset dismiss state when alarm times change.

Warn on overlapping calendar/daily time slots before save, add per-date Daily TODO off toggle with calendar markers, and persist edit mode in SharedPreferences instead of Firestore.

Route Windows Time TODO alarms through toast notifications instead of Forward Screen, add MSIX packaging for reliable toast identity, and fix cancelAll on Windows. Daily slots can now specify which weekdays they dispatch on, with UI picker and native Android rollover filtering.

Defer native sync and overdue auto-fail while complete alarms are in flight, split launch paths for warm vs cold processes, and keep alarm payloads until dismiss to prevent flicker.

Skip now clears stored launch payloads so dismissed alarms do not
reappear on re-entry, and the foreground service no longer competes
with the main full-screen alarm notification.

Windows no longer shows the in-app alarm overlay in any lifecycle state, and alarm scheduling uses Toast-only delivery instead of forward-screen alarms.

MSIX gives packaged identity and toast activator support on Windows, and skip manual AUMID shortcut setup when package identity is present. Route cancelAllScheduled through cancelAll because cancelAllPendingNotifications is unimplemented on Windows.

Skipping a Time TODO alarm now also writes a dismiss entry to the native
registry so the same alarm does not reappear on re-entry or re-sync.

Retry provider resolution via Navigator context when the alarm UI renders outside the Provider tree.

Cache calendar agenda locally so month navigation rebuilds instantly without Firestore, serialize alarm sync to prevent races, schedule alarms before canceling stale ones, and keep the screen on during alarm presentation.

Centralize alarm delivery, deliver missed alarms within a grace window, and avoid rescheduling on every minute tick. Track dispatchSourceId so calendar-dispatched list todos stay in sync when edited or deleted.

Scale the goal widget to fill available space, add checkmark icons and filter/add controls to the todo list widget, refresh next-time and penalty widget layouts, and fix event todo edits to support coin changes with immediate UI updates.

Introduce midnight penalty widget and settings, refine next-time-todo widget layout,
debounced native sync, forward-alarm handling, and content edit mode across list screens.

Drop 1-minute Flutter polling, pause native TIME_TICK in foreground, consolidate home widget refreshes, and lazy-load tabs.

Users can set coin penalties in settings; dispatch and rollover apply them automatically.

Refresh launcher and favicon assets across platforms and tighten profile page spacing and card layout.

Apply optimistic add/remove for Event todos so the UI updates before Firestore writes complete. Show filter tabs from in-memory or cached widget data without server reload, simplify todo accent badges to dots only, and rebrand the app to Tack TODO with updated launcher icons.

Auto-create Start Menu shortcut with AUMID for unpackaged Windows toasts, insert new event todos at the top of the List, and nudge Time TODO accent dots slightly upward.

Enable Windows Time TODO Toast scheduling and desktop Google OAuth, add a daily goal home widget with compact next-time layout, and move profile options into a dedicated settings page with card accent tweaks.

Add coin reset and full account data deletion in Options with irreversible
confirmation dialogs. Implement AccountDeletionService to wipe Firestore
user data (todos, coupons, settings) and clear local alarms/widget state.
Request SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW so Forward Screen can auto-launch from the home
screen when the display is on.

Replace the unreliable self-rescheduling WorkManager chain with two state-aware
drivers: an exact AlarmManager alarm re-armed every 5 minutes (works foreground,
in recents, and when killed) and a dynamic ACTION_TIME_TICK receiver that syncs
every minute while the process is alive. Both run a shared TimeTodoBackgroundSync
that refreshes the widget and registers/cancels today's Time TODO notifications.
Re-arm the alarm on boot and package replace.

Remove the in-app-only delivery shortcut and bring MainActivity to the front via FGS or a direct intent whenever the device is awake or our app is not visible.

Launch the Flutter overlay from the app root, use a foreground service and stronger activity intents when backgrounded, and add native dismiss/feedback plumbing so alarms present reliably outside the app.

Replace WorkManager-only alarm registration with immediate AlarmNativeSync, add full-screen wake alarm with sound/vibration, and harden permission and AlarmManager fallback handling.

Native WidgetRefreshWorker updates widgets and alarms without starting Flutter, and Firestore settings are guarded on restart to avoid conflicts with native access.

Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Custom WidgetRefreshWorker registers Firebase plugins so Firestore sync works in the background, with fallback when WorkManager is not yet initialized.

Register HomeWidgetBackgroundReceiver and interactivity callback so refresh triggers Firestore sync and last-sync time updates. Also wait for Firebase Auth restoration in background refresh.

Introduce the next Time TODO home screen widget with a top-bar refresh control, last-sync timestamp, and WorkManager-driven Firestore updates. Also wire up Android alarm scheduling, web toast sync, shop/settings enhancements, and related platform services.
