feat: optimistic todo updates, instant filters, and Tack TODO branding

Apply optimistic add/remove for Event todos so the UI updates before Firestore writes complete. Show filter tabs from in-memory or cached widget data without server reload, simplify todo accent badges to dots only, and rebrand the app to Tack TODO with updated launcher icons.
