feat: add Windows notifications, Google sign-in, goal widget, and settings UI

Enable Windows Time TODO Toast scheduling and desktop Google OAuth, add a daily goal home widget with compact next-time layout, and move profile options into a dedicated settings page with card accent tweaks.
